Dawood Behbehani

Dawood Behbehani serves as Assistant General Manager in the Information Security, Privacy & Anti-Fraud department at Kuwait International Bank. He brings extensive experience in financial-sector cybersecurity and counter-fraud, specialising in cyber risk management, fraud prevention and response, defensible security architecture, and incident response.
Dawood holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Kingston University, London, and a master’s degree in Computer Security from De Montfort University, UK. He holds multiple professional certifications, including CISSP, CISM, and CDPSE, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Science at City St George’s, University of London.
Akanksha Dixit

Akanksha Dixit is working as a Solutions Architect at the Bank of England, specialising in Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLT), Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC), and asset tokenisation. Her work blends expertise in digital trust, privacy, cryptography, and emerging financial technologies. Akanksha’s background includes advisory roles at the Information Commissioner’s Office, where she focused on digital identity and data protection aligned technology strategy. She has previously worked in research positions at tech start-ups in India and Singapore.
She brings a strong track record in blockchain innovation, security protocols, and applied cryptography, with hands on industry experience spanning IoT security and decentralised identity solutions. She holds a bachelor's in engineering from University of Pune, India and was recently awarded PhD from City St George’s University of London.
Together, they’ll offer an insight into current industry challenges, emerging technologies and the skills needed to thrive in the future of financial systems.
