The Strategy and Development Committee provides advice and assurance to Council in relation to the development of the University’s Strategy; and its implementation of Strategic projects at the University. The Committee also provides expert advice and support to the Executive in fundraising and development on behalf of Council.
Purpose
The Strategy and Development Committee provides advice and assurance to Council in relation to:
- the development of the University’s Strategy; and its implementation
- Strategic projects at the University, i.e., proposals for major organisational change and developments related to City’s strategic objectives; and their implementation
The Committee also provides expert advice and support to the Executive in fundraising and development on behalf of Council.
The powers, terms of reference and composition of the Strategy and Development Committee are set out in the Ordinances.
