Why choose City St George's halls?

Halls for undergraduates

We know that finding and affording accommodation can be a worry, especially for new students. That’s why we invest heavily to subsidise undergraduate rents in halls of residence.

It means you can join a diverse and inclusive community of students from the start. Applying is easy too – it’s all online from a link in the email we’ll send you when you receive your offer for a full-time course.

This applies to September starting courses only, we do not offer January starting accommodation.

If you require accommodation prior to the formal contract start date, you can book an early arrival slot directly with the hall provider pending availability. You can only book an early arrival slot only after you have formally accepted a room offer via the University. Please note the cost of this may vary and be higher than our advertised weekly rents, rent charges are determined by the hall provider and not the University. More details on how book an early arrival will be provided to you in your formal accommodation offer letter.

Halls for postgraduates

Our postgraduate halls are mainly within walking distance and many are in vibrant and trendy areas of London, which are easily accessible by public transport.

Rents start from £239.74 per week and applying is easy – we will email you a link once you’ve firmly accepted your course offer and you can apply online.
