Professor Ricky Curran, Head of Aviation Management at City St George’s was the main co-ordinating judge this year at the event held on Tuesday 17 September at Birmingham’s International Conference Centre (ICC).
His role in the awarding included leading on the review of all submissions across the seventeen categories of award for 2024, assessing for the very highest standards in quality and alignment.
He was also a high profile participant in the awarding process on stage, proudly introducing, declaring and presenting the winners of the following five award categories:
- Aviation Company of the Year
Winner: EasyJet
- Air Cargo Award
Winner: Titan Airways
- Best Use of Technology Award
Winner: Highlands and Islands Airports
- Aviation Sustainability and Environment Award - Large
Winner: dnadata UK
- Service Provider of the Year
Winner: iFuelt AG
- Outstanding Contribution to the Aviation Industry
