About the speaker
Nicos Savva is a Professor of Management Science and Operations at London Business School. His research is in healthcare operations and management, with a particular interest in hospital performance, the adoption of medical technologies, and the design of healthcare payment and incentive systems.
His recent work examines how financial incentives, transparency, and organisational practices affect the quality, efficiency, and accessibility of healthcare, combining economic analysis with data-driven operations-management methods.
