About the speaker
Marie Claire Villeval is an Emeritus Research Professor of Economics at the French National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS) and the head of GATE-Lab at the University of Lyon.
Her research is in experimental and behavioural economics, alongside public and personnel economics, covering incentives and motivation, the dynamics of social and moral norms, dishonesty, and the strategic transmission of information.
