About the speaker
Johanna Rickne is a Professor of Economics at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI) at Stockholm University.
She is a CEPR Research Affiliate, an IZA Research Fellow and a Co-Editor of the European Journal of Political Economy.
Her research combines labour economics, political economics and gender economics, with a particular focus on representation, workplace inequality and political selection.
Her recent work has covered, among others, sexual harassment, political careers, the rise of the radical right, and gender inequality in labour markets and politics.
