About the event
Across our institutions, we have a wealth of skills, technologies and expertise. While we all tackle different challenges, the right teams and ideas do not always connect. This event offers an opportunity to share a problem that needs solving or a solution that could make a difference.
Two sessions will be held:
- A problem in search of a solution: this session is for those who would like to present a challenge. Whether you have large datasets to analyse, need advice on suitable technology, or are looking to improve a process, you are invited to bring a poster or demo to illustrate your problem.
- A solution in search of a problem: this session is for those who have developed a technique, product or approach that could address existing challenges. Whether you create apps, design sensors or model complex phenomena, bring a poster, demo or prompt to showcase your solution.

- 11:30–12:30: A problem in search of a solution – Present a problem you would like to share with the City St George’s community.
- 12:30–13:30: Lunch (provided) and networking
- 13:30–14:30: A solution in search of a problem – Present your skills, technology or applications that could help solve a problem within the City St George’s community.
