We are excited to welcome students, staff, professionals, and the public to the eighth London Student Sustainability Conference (LSSC26).
The London Student Sustainability Conference provides attendees with the chance to explore the remarkable work undertaken in the climate and sustainability realms by students across London.
The student's work is aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (Global Goals), and will be showcased through presentations, posters, and creative demonstrations.
LSSC26 offers a fantastic opportunity for attendees to broaden their knowledge on sustainability issues, gain inspiration and the necessary tools to take climate action.

The conference will be held in person at Kingston University London on Wednesday 25th February 2026, followed by a networking event. All presentations will also be available to live stream for those attending online.
Registration is free and open to students, staff and academics from all universities, and industry professionals and members of the public with a keen interest in sustainable innovation and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Student Sustainability Research Conference (SSRC)
The Student Sustainability Research Conference (SSRC) offers students across all levels and disciplines from the twelve member institutions of Yorkshire Universities the opportunity to be inspired, share their sustainability-related research and learn from their student peers from across the region in a professional conference setting.
We are delighted to continue our collaboration with the Student Sustainability Research Conference (SSRC), hosted by the University of Leeds. As part of this partnership, LSSC26 will welcome the top three presenters from SSRC26 to showcase their research at our conference, while in return, the three winning presenters from LSSC26 will be invited to present at SSRC26 in Leeds.
Attendees are warmly invited to also attend the conferences, either in person or online.

Information for Student Participants
Presentations
Students will showcase their research or project through a 10-minute presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A during the Conference.

Posters
Posters are an excellent way to share your research or project in a clear, visually engaging format. They will be displayed in the poster exhibition at the Town House throughout the Conference, featured during the networking event, and showcased online.

Students Volunteers
Day role volunteers and Student Leads play a vital role in the successful delivery of LSSC and provides valuable opportunities for skills development, collaboration, and professional growth.
From supporting event logistics and welcoming delegates to coordinating sessions and facilitating engagement, their contribution is central to creating a smooth, inclusive, and impactful conference experience. The commitment, energy, and leadership of our Student Leads shapes the direction of the Conference and ensures it runs smoothly.
