Furnisha Lycett – Data Strategy & Advisory Co-Lead, Capco: Furnisha Lycett is a Data Strategy & Advisory Co-Lead at Capco with over a decade of experience helping financial and public sector organisations transform how they manage and use data.

A certified PRINCE2, ITIL, and DCAM professional, she has led global data governance, privacy, and transformation programmes for Tier 1 banks across the UK and Asia.

Passionate about the future of data, Furnisha combines strategic insight with hands-on delivery to drive real business impact. Outside of work, she brings her creativity to fashion, design, and fitness.

Rajsi Mehta – Data Scientist, Capco: Rajsi Mehta is a Data Scientist at Capco with over four years of experience delivering data-driven solutions across financial services. She has contributed to global data transformation initiatives for Tier 1 banks, combining analytical rigour with creative problem-solving.

With a background in Neuroscience, Rajsi now leads Behavioural Insights projects focused on vulnerable customers, exploring how AI and Data Science can enhance behavioural strategies to drive better outcomes.

Passionate about well-being, she’s also a dedicated Pilates enthusiast, currently training to become a certified instructor.
