Ruth and Siva will discuss data-driven initiatives across different stages of the investment cycle, share practical examples from their consulting work, and outline the technical foundations, such as data infrastructure and key team roles, that enable effective analytics. Students are encouraged to bring questions related to the business context, technical challenges, or careers in data consulting.

About the speakers

Ruth Keppeler is an Associate Partner at JMAN Group, where she leads the global Value Creation Solution. She joined JMAN in 2023 and brings over 20 years of management consulting experience, including roles at Simon-Kucher & Partners, McKinsey & Company, and as an independent advisor to Private Equity funds and their portfolio companies.

Siva Malini has over 10 years of experience in full-stack development and data analytics. She has a proven track record at JMAN in delivering scalable digital solutions and is skilled in end-to-end engineering, data strategy, and business intelligence. She is passionate about turning data into actionable insights.
