About the speaker
Helen Needham, Managing Principal, Data Strategy & Advisory (Capco)
Helen is a City University alumni with a MSc in Information Management and is a Managing Principal within the Data Strategy & Advisory leadership team. Helen has over 22 years of experience and focuses on supporting clients in financial services to establish effective data management practices and derive business insights. She is also a passionate neurodiversity advocate and heads up the Capco Ability employee network, and sponsors the Women in Data partnership.
Tanishtha Khurana, Consultant, Data Practice (Capco)
Tanishtha is a consultant at Capco, specialising in helping clients navigate complex financial and business challenges. She holds a master’s degree in economics and is a certified Business Data Analyst, bringing a strong analytical mindset to every project. With her experience in auditing, M&A and Capital Markets, she is passionate about women’s empowerment in data. She collaborates with Women in Data, fostering partnerships and promoting learning, networking, and inclusivity within the industry.
Rajsi Mehta, Associate Consultant, Data & Analytics (Capco)
Rajsi is an Associate with expertise in Data Governance, ESG, and Data Visualization. She has successfully developed and implemented dashboards across multiple projects and is skilled in business analytics, agile delivery, and stakeholder management. Currently, Rajsi focuses on creating AI solutions using Data Science. She is also within Capco's Associate Data Program Leadership team, training, mentoring and supporting the development of entry-level recruits in the data industry.
