Book Launch: The Because Approach, Innovating Church for all

Join us for a launch event based on The Because Approach, a new book by Andrew Baughen, Chaplain and Honorary Visiting Fellow at Bayes Business School.

Why the because approach? Because if a church is going to be more than a social club, every person needs to know the ‘because’ behind everything they do: Why do we do this? Why don’t we do that? Why do we do it this way? The Because Approach is a step-by-step resource that mission-focused organisations can use to develop biblical, contextual and intentional plans. The book was first published 20 years ago and has now been completely updated with online frameworks and user guides. This 20 year anniversary event is a time to celebrate and look to the future.

The event begins with arrival and drinks from 18:00, followed by a presentation from 18:30 to 19:30 featuring Andrew Baughen sharing highlights from the book and Professor Alessandro Giudici delivering a keynote on Strategic Opportunities for the Social Entrepreneur Sector.
