About the speakers

Charly Halsall - Charly is a Principal Data Consultant with a decade of experience in the data industry, focusing on managing a portfolio of global accounts to provide data strategy, data delivery, and data insights. She embarked on her data career after earning an Engineering Degree and has since thrived in the dynamic and fast-paced work environment, starting in-house and later transitioning to agency and consultancy roles. Over her career, Charly has contributed her expertise to diverse projects spanning various industries, such as Telecom, Automotive, Shipping, Pharmaceuticals, Electronics, and Charities. With her extensive background in the data field, she possesses a wide range of skills and experience, including website analytics, social analytics, data strategy, and technical expertise.

Rohit Sharma - Rohit is a Data Architect by profession and a Data Lover by passion. He comes with 18 years of experience working on all sorts of Data related assignments ranging from Data Extraction to Data Strategy, from Data Modelling to Data Visualisation. He started his Data Career in India as a Data Engineer, came to UK as a Data Visualisation Specialist and is excelling as a Data Architect now. He has worked with a variety of clients and in a variety of industries over the years helping numerous clients & teams on their Data Maturity journeys. He uses his vast experience to help the clients navigate the Data challenges whether it is an Energy Sector client facing a Reporting Challenge or a Chartered Accountancy facing a Data Modernisation challenge. He joined NTT DATA 13 years ago and his passion for data & analytics combined with his expertise in data field has helped him & the organisation prosper.

Liam Bottley - Liam is an Innovation Advisor in NTT DATA UK&I and represents the UK&I in a Global Innovation team. He started his career as Business consultant, where he pursued a career of versatility, taking on new challenges in business, technology, delivery, and sales roles. He has helped clients to create new processes, operating models, develop software platforms, manage infrastructure better, bring new teams together and so much more! He currently leads a programme of innovation activities to bring emerging technologies (such as satleiite data, digital twin and AI) to life with an ecosystem of collaborators to solve real problems and realise new opportunities that improve the way we live and work. He creates communities around ideas and has led of early careers and skills development teams. He is passionate about creating spaces that make it easy for people to live life as their best selves, each day.

Harriett Williams - Harriet is a Renewals Specialist in NTT DATA UK&I in the former NTT Limited side of the business. She started her journey at NTT Data as a Software Lifecycle Specialist, which helps customers drive the adoption of their technology and realise the true value of the services they consume from NTT Data. Building client relationships is key in her role and from here, she transitioned across to Renewals and focuses primarily on the Support Services arm of the business, but across all technologies and verticals. He role centres around data analysis and building those key relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Prior to joining NTT Data, Harriet studied Law and started her career in insurance litigation, before taking the plunge to transition across industries to further develop her career. Her passion since joining NTT Data is to drive Sustainability goals and play her part in making sure we, as a company, do all we can to save the planet for her children and their future.
