Presenter: Dr Mandy Graham (Course Director)
What makes the Occupational Therapy MSc special?
This course stands out for its accelerated two year master's pathway that lets you qualify for HCPC registration in half the usual time, while still giving you more than 1,000 hours of hands on placements across hospitals, schools, and innovative community settings. You will also train in cutting edge facilities such as the Art of Living Suite, the pathology museum, and a full anatomy suite, so you graduate with both practical experience and advanced clinical insight that employers value.
Who is the course for?
This accelerated two-year programme suits recent graduates or career-changers with a health, science or related background who want to qualify as occupational therapists and empower people to manage physical or mental challenges and engage fully in daily life.
Who is the presenter?
Dr Mandy is a Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy at City St George's and a Senior Fellow of AdvanceHE with a PGCert in Academic Practice and significant experience in curriculum delivery, design, development and quality review. Having taught on MSc (pre-reg), BSc (Hons) and BSc degree apprenticeship programmes at three HEI’s, in addition to being a Course Director and Professional Lead, Mandy has a wealth of pedagogic knowledge in addition to strategic and operational leadership skills.
