What makes the Clinical Neuroscience Practice MSc/PGCert special?
This course prepares you for the growing need for specialists who can combine cutting-edge clinical neuroscience with a deep understanding of how neurological conditions shape cognition, emotion, and behaviour. You’ll learn from evidence-based research while amplifying patients’ lived experiences, and, on clinical placement, you’ll shadow healthcare leaders delivering advanced interventions such as deep brain stimulation for Parkinson’s disease. The flexible PgCert or full MSc pathways let you either gain a focused skills boost through core modules or commit to comprehensive master’s-level study.
Who is the course for?
This course is intended for psychology graduates who want hands-on clinical experience while deepening their theoretical knowledge, as well as for practising professionals in clinical neuroscience such as doctors, nurses, and allied health practitioners who wish to broaden their expertise.
Who is the presenter?
Dr Gill Cumberbatch is a course director for the health service delivery course at City St George's University of London. She is also a Stroke Nurse Consultant at St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Attending the webinar
To attend the webinar, you will need an internet connection for the device you're using, ideally a computer or laptop to view the event, and speakers or headphones to listen in to the event. Attendees will be able to type in questions to submit during the event, but will not be able to share a webcam or speak to other attendees (so you won't need a webcam or a microphone).
