Overview
Lazaros-Antonios Chatzilazarou (Larry) is a full born Greek (Thessaloniki) with 3rd generation roots from Cappadocia.
In Sep. '22, he joined CITY University London as a Ph.D. candidate in Economics under the supervision of Sotiris Georganas and Christoph Schlegel. His research interests lie in Applied Game Theory, Big Data, Experimental and Behavioral Economics.
Currently, he is working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant in LSE and City University, on Applied Econometrics, Data Analysis, Micro, Game Theory and Statistics.
His past graduate theses have explored the joint causal effect of transnational and international terrorism on USA's growth in state-level and dealt with augmented gravity models that analyze EU trade flows and trade potential for HS commodities globally.
Lazaros is a musician, a video-games enthusiast and a gym worm. He also maintains a tech YouTube channel and designs digital artwork and logos.
