Antonia is a Careers Consultant at City, University of London.
Like all Careers Consultants at City, Antonia has a career background in specific sectors, but as a trained career coach can use her coaching skills and knowledge to support students and graduates from all backgrounds/subject areas to explore their career options and prepare for graduate jobs or further study.
Antonia has a BA (Hons) in English and American Literature from the University of Kent and a Postgraduate Certificate in Vocational Guidance from the University of Reading.
She has over 35 years' experience of providing careers guidance in universities, further education and secondary schools, spending the last 15 years in Higher Education.
She teaches employability modules for students in SPGA (especially Politics) and SHPS (Psychology). She also supports PhD researchers with career planning.
She is a qualified and experienced Myers Briggs Practitioner and so has a particular interest in personality and career choice.
She is also a qualified ESOL teacher and has previously worked as an ESOL teacher in the adult education sector and as a private careers guidance practitioner.
