The Office for Students is the independent regulator of higher education institutions in England. City St George’s, University of London is listed as a registered provider in the Office for Students (OfS) register of English higher education providers since 1 August 2024.

Access and Participation Plans
Access and participation plans are crucial documents that detail how higher education providers will enhance equality of opportunity for underrepresented groups. The goal is to help these students access, succeed in, and progress from higher education.
The OfS is the independent regulator for higher education institutions in England. City St George's, University of London is officially listed as a registered provider on the Office for Students (OfS) register of English higher education providers.
These plans superseded the previous Access Agreements, which were annually monitored and approved by the Office for Fair Access (OFFA). However, for students who began their undergraduate courses before the 2018-19 academic year, the original Access Agreements remain applicable.
There will be separate Access and Participation Plans for the City and St George’ until 2026/27 academic year, when a new merged plan covering all campuses will be published.
City St George's
The City St George’s access and participation plan will apply from Sept 2026 and across campuses.
Clerkenwell and Moorgate
This plan is only relevant for students studying at Clerkenwell and Moorgate campuses.
