The Student Support Hub provides City with a once-in a-generation opportunity to transform the way students experience our services.
Construction of the Student Gateway Project is near completion and the newly named Student Support Hub will open in September 2024, transforming the way City St George’s students experience our services.
The Student Support Hub places students at the centre of everything we do.
The redevelopment of Levels 1 and 2 of the Drysdale Building, a key space in our Clerkenwell campus, will enable us to provide a well-designed, interactive, and modern space where students can access services easily.
Students will belong in the Student Support Hub. Changing the way students interact and receive support through our services will enable them to thrive during their time at City St George’s.
What is changing?
The redevelopment of Level 1 of the Drysdale Building will provide a single, adaptable, physical location where students can access the support and help they need.
A key deliverable of the Student Experience workstream as part of our Vision and Strategy, the Student Gateway Project will complement the Support@City online system, giving students a seamless and inclusive experience of accessing services and support, be it on campus or online.
The project also gives us the opportunity to reconsider how staff work across Level 1 and 2 of Drysdale to create improved hybrid working spaces for staff. These new spaces will enhance ways of working, enable a culture of collaboration and a better staff experience across functions that are critical to the student experience.
