The Wael Khatib Scholarship is set up by Lockton MENA Ltd as a tribute to the founder of Lockton in the MENA region, Wael Khatib. Wael was an extraordinary man with a rich history in the insurance industry and a respected and inspirational leader. One of the many features that distinguished him was his passion towards accelerating ones career through the solid foundation of academia. As he himself graduated from this Business School with an MSc Insurance and Risk Management, he always encouraged those around him to do the same from the very beginning of their careers. The scholarship has been created to continue his legacy and offer the opportunity for others to follow in his footsteps and use academic excellence as a spring board and promise for continued growth.
