The Leadership and Management short course takes place once a week at 18:30 for 10 weeks.
City St George’s Short Courses follow the academic year, delivering courses over three terms. These include:

Over the course of 10 weekly evening classes on the Leadership and Management course, you will improve your grasp of:

This is a highly interactive course combines workshops, group work and discussion to, exploring key leadership and management theories - prepare to be challenged - and to challenge.
Assessment and certificates
Informal assessment will take place through group discussion and class-room activities as guided by your tutor.
Personal and group feedback from your tutor will help you to build on your strengths and address your improvement opportunities.
There is no formal assessment and you are not given any formal qualifications on completion of the course. However, if you attend 70 percent of the classes you will be awarded an official City St George’s, University of London certificate.
Eligibility
We do not ask for any qualifications to enrol in this course, only an enthusiasm for learning and a genuine interest in the subject area.
English requirements
You will need a good level of spoken and written English to enrol on this course.
