Join us here at Bayes Business School as we celebrate International Women's Month with a special Women in Business event hosted by the MBA Programmes Team.
This inspiring evening will spotlight the women who shape. strengthen, and elevate our MBA community, while offering prospective and current student's deeper insight into how the MBA supports women in leadership.
Give to Gain: How Women Build Power Through Networks
The evening will start with exploring this year's International Women's Day theme, "Give to Gain" and a conversation Dr Manto Gotsi, Course Director, Global MBA and Laura Vale, Professional Development Manager, Careers and Professional Development Team. Together, they will explore:
- How the MBA has been intentionally curated to support women in business.
- Their personal experiences navigating and leading within traditionally male-dominated industries.
- Reflections on mentorship, networking, and what “giving to gain” has meant in their careers.
Women at Bayes: Alumni Panel
Following the keynote conversation, we will open the floor for a panel discussion with accomplished Bayes MBA alumnae who will discuss:
- How the MBA shaped and accelerated their careers.
- What supported and empowered them on their journey.
- Lessons learned as women in leadership.
- Why representation and allyship matter in today’s business landscape.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions and gain real, practical insights into the MBA experience and its value to their career.
Networking Reception
The evening will continue with drinks, nibbles, and networking, providing you with a wonderful opportunity to connect with MBA students, prospective candidates, alumni, faculty, and the Recruitment and Admissions team.
While this event centres women in business, it welcomes everyone who believes in allyship and inclusive leadership. Allies are warmly encouraged to attend.
