About the Event
This Dean's Research Award project explores whether repeated exposure to particular legal arguments, industry perspectives, legal traditions or professional roles may subtly influence arbitral decision-making over time.
The launch event brings together behavioural scientists, arbitrators, practitioners, and academics to discuss cognitive bias, decision-making, and arbitral practice.
