About the speaker
Camille Terrier is an Associate Professor (Reader) in the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary University of London.
She holds research affiliations with IZA, CESifo and CEPR. Her research bridges the economics of education, labour economics and market design, with a focus on the roots of, and solutions to, social and gender inequalities.
Her recent work has covered, among others, the assignment of teachers to schools, teachers’ gender biases and their effect on student achievement, non-cognitive skills, and University Technical Colleges.
