Who can apply for an Alumni Card?
- Alumni Cards are only available to graduates who have completed their Undergraduate, Postgraduate or Doctoral studies. Cards are not available to unsuccessful leavers, former staff members or those who have studied a short course.
- Alumni cannot apply for an Alumni Card until they have completed their course and the University systems recognise them as a graduate. Typically, graduation periods are very busy and therefore application processing can take longer than usual. We ask for your understanding and apologise for any delays.
Applying for and collecting an Alumni Card
- Alumni Cards are for in-person, on-campus collection only.
- Alumni Cards must be collected by the alumnus/a named on the Card. For Card collection, alumni are required to present photographic ID that matches the name on the Card.
