Helena Yasmin

Helena Yasmin is an actor-artist who founded Healing for Artists, a community dedicated to fostering creative wellbeing. She has performed her music at venues across London, including Asia Tones and the Embassy Theatre.

Helena writes pop-RnB soulful music, focusing on storytelling, healing from relationships, and mental growth, and is set to release her debut single "We Don’t Fit" this year. She also plans to organise art galleries and music performances for local artist communities.

Helena is excited to continue the Healing for Artists Podcast during her residency, exploring artists’ wellness routines and topics on healing and creative growth.
