Darcy Dixon
Darcy Dixon became an SCC Creative in Residence in summer 2023, and is now a residency alumni.
Darcy Dixon is a multidisciplinary creative: an actor, singer, DJ and movement artist born. She graduated from the University of Oxford in 2022 with a BA in Philosophy & Theology and is now at RADA studying Acting.
Darcy’s Credits include Emil & The Detectives (National Theatre), Merrily We Roll Along (Oxford Playhouse), The Surplus (Young Vic), The Hummingbird (BBC Radio 3) and Ghost Insurance (BFI Future Film).
Alongside performing, Darcy is heavily involved in charity work in the sector that supports creatives from underrepresented communities. Darcy is an advisor to The Harvey Parker Trust and a trustee for Go Live Theatre Projects. Darcy also produced a TEDx talk on the power of change and youth voice during COVID.
Darcy has been an SCC Creative in Residence since summer 2023.
