Overview
Joachim Bukenya joined City University of London in October 2024 as an MPhil student in the Department of Economics, School of Policy and Global Affairs. Before joining City University of London, he earned his MSc in Economics at the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
His research focuses on international trade in developing countries. His current research project employs the Augmented Gravity Model to understand what explains Africa’s changing pattern of trade. He is under the supervision of Dr Alejandro Riano Londono and Dr Clement Minaudier.
