About
Overview
Nina is Professor of Law at the City Law School. Her research and teaching areas include corporate governance, company law and ownership, social and cooperative enterprise, regulatory governance and EU law. She has received external research grants from the AHRC, ESCR, and European Commission, among others, and held a British Academy Research Fellowship. Nina has an LLB with First Class Honours from University College London, where she graduated as the top student of her year, and an LLM from the European University Institute, Florence. Prior to academia, she worked as a solicitor and German lawyer in private commercial practice.
