About
Overview
Julie joined the School of Health and Psychological Sciences in 2021 as a Critical Care lecturer. She also works clinically as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner within Critical Care Outreach. Her background and interests lie within acute and critical care. Additionally, she assists as an Advanced Life Support Instructor.
Julie qualified as a registered nurse in Australia, and gained critical care experience, including remote and rural ICU practice in outback Australia. She moved to London in 2000, and continues to both teach and work within Critical Care.
Julie is the module leader for CAM001/CA3001, the first module within our Critical Care Programme. She also contributes to the EPA module within Advanced Clinical Practice.
