Overview
A business journalist by background, Adam has been working at the leading edge of digital journalism since 2005. In the late 2000s, he built a blog network business publisher Reed Business Information that, at its height, was driving millions of page impressions a month, and incorporated titles like New Scientist, Computer Weekly and Farmers Weekly.
Since 2012 he has been working as a consultant and trainer in digital journalism skills, working with all levels of media business. He’s worked with national titles in Malaysia, India, Singapore, the USA, Australia, the UK and Canada and has trained thousands of journalists globally.
Over the last decade he’s developed specific expertise in the emerging field of audience engagement, and much of his teaching, lecturing and consulting work revolves around that.
His personal blog of media criticism and commentary, One Man & His Blog, has been running since 2003, making it one of the longest-running continuously published media blogs in the world.
