We are delighted to welcome all Bayes alumni to use the Bayes alumni lounge.
The Bayes Alumni Lounge
- Located on 7th Floor of the Finsbury Square Building. Alumni are also welcome to use the Syndicate rooms on 7th floor if they are available (availability is shown on panels beside the door of the rooms)
- Access to the building is through an Alumni Card. Please ensure you have acquired your card before visiting the lounge.
- Only Bayes Business School alumni are permitted to use the space. Alumni are not permitted to bring guests into the space.
- The lounge is open 8am-10pm on weekdays, 8am-6pm on the weekend sand guest wifi is available to use, details can be found at reception.
By using the Bayes Alumni Lounge, you are agreeing to uphold the terms of use below. Please note that misuse of the lounge may result in a ban.
Terms of use
- Luggage and personal belongings cannot be left in the room. Any personal belongings must always be in your possession when visiting and should not be left unattended. Bayes can take no responsibility for the security of any belongings.
- Visitors are urged to respect the lounge as a shared space for co-working, collaboration, and interaction, showing consideration for staff and fellow alumni.
- Visitors are asked to be courteous and polite when using the space
- Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disruption to others
- Visitors should take care not to mark or damage any furniture in the room
- The consumption of food is not permitted in the Lounge or syndicate rooms
- No consumption of alcohol is permitted in the Lounge (unless it is being served as part of an event)
- No promotional material is to be posted or left in the room e.g. leaflets
- Misconduct including non-adherence to terms of use or using the room when not authorised may result in a ban from the building
- Please note that the room may be closed on occasion for events or other maintenance reasons. Use of the room at these times is not permitted.
