Replacement transcripts
For a replacement or duplicate copy of your transcripts, please contact the issuing School. Please note, there may be a charge for each duplicate.
Normally transcripts are prepared within 10 working days from the receipt of the application, but it can be longer during busy periods (especially during exam periods and the start of the autumn term).
For students who graduated prior to 2001 (and especially those pre-1984), it can take much longer as many may only be available as paper records. It is therefore a good idea to order your transcripts as early as possible to ensure they are ready in time for any deadlines.
