Overview
Santosh's research focuses on the concept of international crime and seeks to critically study its historical formation and contemporary meaning under international law. He uses the framework of the Third World Approaches to International Law (TWAIL) to develop a critical and contextual account of the concept investigating specifically the relationship of authority the concept of international crime helps institute between international law and third world.
He holds the City Law School's full three-year doctoral scholarship. He also works as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (GTA) at the City, University of London and a Research Assistant at the Centre for Law & Social Change at City. He is also a member of City's International Law and Affairs Group (ILAG).
Santosh holds both an MPhil and an LLM in International Law from the South Asian University, New Delhi. He earlier graduated in Law at the Chanakya National Law University. Santosh is a qualified lawyer and remains affiliated with the Delhi Bar Association.
