Overview
Patrick Masiyakurima joined City Law School in 2023. His primary research interests lie in intellectual property law. Within that broad area, he has focused on various aspects of copyright law including compulsory licensing, the term of protection, authors' moral rights, the idea/expression dichotomy, works of artistic craftsmanship, unpublished works and the defences to infringement.
