Diverse Minds: Leading and Thriving in Neurodiversity at Work

• Theo Smith, founder of  Neurodiversity at Work and an accomplished author, will share strategies on how leaders can effectively integrate neurodivergent individuals into their teams.
• Professor Richard Ashcroft, a Senior Ambassador for Neurodiversity at City, University of London, will discuss the impact of leadership in creating a culture that actively supports and benefits from neurodiversity.
• Dr Amanda Roestorf, Head of Research at Autistica, who are developing the Neurodiversity Employers Index (NDEI) in partnership with City, will highlight how organisations can measure and improve their support for neurodiverse employees.
