We have multiple full- and partial fee scholarships available to students applying to our Heart Failure MSc, starting September 2025.
These have been sponsored by our pharmaceutical partners.
Eligibility and assessment criteria
To be eligible for a scholarship you must:
- Have made an application to study Heart Failure MSc, either full-time or part-time, by the deadlines stated below
- Not already be qualified at a Master’s level or above (e.g. PhD)
- Be self-funding your course fees or in receipt of a tuition fee loan (courses funded by the NHS or students receiving employer or sponsor funding are not eligible)
- Have, or be predicted a 2:1 or above or international equivalent
The Scholarship Committees will consider and score each application based on your:
- Degree classification
- Personal statement
- References
- Interview (where applicable)
How to apply
There is no separate application process to apply. If you are a Home or International applicant applying for the Heart Failure MSc, you will automatically be considered, provided you submit your course application by the deadline below.
- Overseas fee payers - 2 March 2025 (applications now closed)
- Home fee payers - 1 June 2025
How the scholarship is paid
The scholarship funds are paid as a partial or full (depending on your course) reduction in your tuition fee.
Key dates
You need to have applied for the Heart Failure MSc by the deadline above.
If interviews take place they will be held between February and June 2025.
Successful applicants will be contacted approximately 4 weeks after the application deadline. If you haven’t heard about your application by 1 July 2025 then unfortunately your application has been unsuccessful.
